So alongside CR Steel Construction, we established CRS Fabrications, headed up by Craig Ridgewell and Marc Harris. CRSF has now attained EXC3 Accreditation, and with 2 CNC multi gas plasma machines with an 80 ton press break. Both CNC units have a 5 ton overhead crane allowing large sections and assemblies to be completed.
Our CR Steel Construction equipment includes a 20 ton City Crane, a 40 ton All Terrain Crane alongside a CladBoy Vacuum Lifter to assist in the installation of fire wall panels, cladding and roofing panels as well as may other items. Erections and installations are assisted by a fleet of 3 Cherry Pickers and 2 Scissor Lifts.

I have been in the steel industry for 35 years, starting from steel erection within the Automotive industry. Then moving on to Structural steelwork and Exhibition steelwork across the globe.
I started my own business back in the 1996 providing steel erection and cladding services across the uk and Europe.
I then ventured out and started steel fabrication and installation and have now expanded this into execution class 3 fabrication, steel erection and crane hire
Marc runs the office to the fabrication shop and profiling shop, he is basically Operations Manager working in conjunction with the Workshop Foreman who runs the labour force in the workshops to ensure Quality and deadlines are met.
Marc works alongside Myself to ensure that the business in all departments stay busy, focused and on track in the work capacity and financially.
